18-year-old was shot in the back because a drive-by shooting in East Orange April 8 by five men in a van. He was shot on South Burnet Street . Man shots were fired from the van. The vehicle was tan with tinted windows.The 18 year old was taken to University Hospital in Newark.
The reason why i chose this topic to disucssion was this is the street that i live on. Me and my family hear the gun shot as they ocur. It was an sacred thing. We hear gun shot but we didn't know if someone was getting shot at or someone was just shotting. But the next morning i was reading up on the new and see it and though it was something interesting to write about in my blog today.
At first I was having a hard time finding a bill and I felt combart with. I tried to find an bill that relation to today. As I though about, I came up with many things but nothing that I felt combart with until I though about the program in which help me to get into Kean, which is the EOF program, which is affirmative action, to make diversity in classrooms and workplaces, and increasing opportunities for minorities and women. So my next step is evaluating my bill to expanded my ideas.
I'm are trying to figure out what bill that i'm most interesting in and that i can give an strong argument. And not just that to convince my audience that i stand stong to my topic. Also I want to pick an topic that i can related to becasue i think that an important thing. So my next step after i pick an bill is to free write and evaluted on it.
In Newark a 9 year old girl was sexually assaulted by a 27 year old man who was arrested, charged with one count of second degree rape in a 5oo block of Madison Drive.it was said that the young girl was asleep in bed at home and woke up and find the guy in her bed with his hand inside the front of her pajama pants touching her then she started kicking him in the face and ran out into her mother’s room to tell what had happen, immediately the daughter and the mother ran from the house and reported to the police. The guy name was Armando Rodriquez, also he was committed to young correctional institution after failing to post $50,000 bail.
Yesterday I had to do an assignment where I watch a document on the web . So I pick the one that talk about “five dangerous things you should let your kids do” And the guy who was taking was an guy who worked with kids who actually did things like, play with fire, own a pocket knife, deconstruct appliances, or break the digital machines conduct application and put it back together, and drive a car. He said that it will make them stronger and smarter and actually safer. These kids were seven to ten years old. The assignment we had to do was talk with a friend or family member and discuss how we fell about the topic, then find out what was the communication patter within the convince. I though it was an very interesting topic and assignment to do that why I though I’ll share it.
This has been a very bad week and weekend, I am glad it almost over. First, I get sick with the flu on Thursday night it was not that bad until I woke up Friday morning. I was so sick I could not get out of bed, I told my self I glad that I didn't have class on that day. However, it was still bad because I could study or do any homework for the all weekend. I was going to go to the doctor but I could not get up to do that. However, I finally felt a little better on Tuesday to go see the doctor. That why I had miss class. I am still fell a little bad but any things better then before.

Amendment One

I pick the first amendment because it seems to be the most important out of the rest. The reason is people say this day that we don't have freedom of speech. And we people discuss this it has me thinking maybe they are right maybe we don't have freedom of speech as we could. The reason for me saying that is because I see a lot of young people having problem with police officer, who is to protect us but are influencing young people to do wrong. Because a police may say something smart to the young person knowing that they will response in an smart way and then the police office take the young person down because he influencing him to do so. So freedom of speech is if any one approaches me about something I should be able to respond in the same way.
